About
KINGMONA GRUPO, LDA was registered in Luanda, Angola in August 2011, and maintains a wholly-owned subsidiary in Mozambique, KINGMONA GRUPO MZ, LDA (Maputo, established 2023). The company delivers telecommunications and ICT infrastructure works, covering communication towers and site civil works, backbone and access fibre outside plant (OSP), data centres and electromechanical systems, power and solar systems, and equipment installation and commissioning. It maintains its own company, workforce and equipment in both countries, can mobilise to site upon contract, and is not subject to import or shipping lead times.

- Management-system certifications (all four, 2026): ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 27001 (Information Security), covering the full telecom delivery process.
- Construction and Public Works Licence (Alvará de Construção, No. 595/CCOP/IRCOP/SC/2024): Class 8 (08ª Classe); approved categories include reinforced and prestressed concrete structures, metal structures, port works and coastal protection, power and telecommunications infrastructure, low- and medium-voltage electrical networks, telecom networks, fire-safety and security.
- Commercial Licence (Alvará Comercial, No. 20220919541714288339067).
- Qualified supplier and subcontractor status: pre-qualified and approved as a supplier/subcontractor by several international equipment vendors and operators.

Partnership & commitments
- Work packages undertaken: towers and site civil works, backbone and access OSP, data-centre electromechanical, submarine-cable landing and trenchless — across Angola and Mozambique.
- Delivery standard: delivered to the quality, acceptance and documentation systems of international main contractors, with full traceability and third-party audit.
- Mobilisation: own equipment and local crews resident in both countries, free of import and shipping cycles, able to mobilise on contract.
- Performance commitment: single point of contact, localised compliance (registration / tax / labour), local response across the full project lifecycle.
